Level Quanta Mastering English is a new bound and breakthrough in learning English methodology. This method has been formed and being developed from the special quality application of Technology Level Quanta, which focuses on the digitizing process on science in the level energy.
When it is noticed or learned from the procedure of the mind operates, generally the mastering process on any science and skill is carried out through 4 levels:

This technology is formed from the basic paradigm, The First: the fact that the view of quantum world; the composition of element on all things in this world is energy that vibrates in a certain frequency. Based on the fact / research at any school which has been being done by students / teachers / deans at their own schools, either at Junior High School, Senior High School / Vocational School, or University with the students / collegeans who have minimum English mark 7, either at the State Schools or the Private ones in Indonesia, has shown as follows:
1. Most of them cannot produce spoken English well.
2. They have not good competence in listening.
3. Most of the learners don‟t enjoy English.
4. The students pursue the grade and graduation only.
Based on the research above, it shows that students who have minimum mark of English 7 means that they haven‟t got good competence in English. English is not enjoyed by most of students. Most of them just pursue the marks for the conditions of passing the range of class or of graduation.
It is known that the language is a communicative means amongst people; especially English is an international one, so it is very important for the learner to have good level of English mastery, as it can support their success in the Globalization Era, Information Technology, and World Free Market.

Learning English Through Subconscious-Installing (LETS-I) is a new way in English learning methodology that focuses on the optimized work of subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the vital component of the mind (88%) which plays important roles, but it is always neglected in the success of learning process. In this area the function of memory is permanent and is as certain location where the skill / science in the automatic level is recorded, which is the last end of learning (mastering science in the automatic level).
